To support the adoption and use of secure messaging our subscribers have access to our professional support team.

To lodge a support request click on the Request Support link and complete the support request form. Alternatively, you can login to our Customer Support Centre.

Each support request is logged in our support system, you will receive an acknowledgement and ticket number which will allow you to track the progress of your request.

Support will be provided by our ReferralNet and Global Health team or one of our approved support partners: Sonder (South Australia) and Haycom Technology (Western Australia).
